I spoke with Jeff Eggleston regarding the need for a TIS for his development project at 621 S. Meldrum. Reviewing the
information he provided, 4 plex with 3 bedrooms per unit, and reviewing the site I've waived the requirement for the
vehicular portion of the TIS.
I did refer him to Transportation Planning to confirm the requirements for the ped/bike portion of a TIS.
