In additional, the most current soils report was not provided by the original land developer and since then the report has not been found. Lastly, at the time of construction a soils report will be provided for the construction of the building foundations and adjacent flatwork. Thank you for your time and attention to our project. Traffic numbers -wise I don't see a need to require a TIS so I'm waiving the TIS requirement. I'm proceeding with a belief the past approval is still valid and the project is only a change from 34 Condo's to 34 Townhomes. The BOD gives you full and complete access to Tract A for the purpose of completing the landscaping, providing that no damage is done to Tract A and any disturbance is mitigated and returned to the original condition.
