Vine Dr. Project Description: This is a request for the construction of a new wireless telecommunication tower and equipment shelter at 1052 West Vine Drive. The site is located north of West Vine Drive and east of North Shields Street, situated north of the Gasamat Gas Station and Apex Gutter. The proposed telecommunications tower is a 75 foot stealth "monopine" designed to mimic a ponderosa pine tree. A six foot wood screening fence will surround a pre -fabrication equipment shelter at the base of the "monopine." The site is zoned C-L, Limited Commercial District and wireless telecommunications facilities are permitted subject to an administrative (Type 1) review and public hearing (Sign posted; #17) Date: 03/26/2013 Issue ID: 1 Topic: General Round: 1 Status: Active Issue: 03/26/2013: The language on the plans regarding the City easement appears a little confusing. I would suggest it as "New 20'-0" Emergency Access & Utility Easement Dedicated to the City". The completed deed of dedication, legal description, and $250 fee will be needed prior to final approval. County recordation costs to record the easement at Larimer County will also be required, with the dollar amount to be determined.
