This letter is to confirm a change of addressing for lots 4 & 5, block 14 of Crafts Resub. These lots are
presently consolidated and addressed as 519 Edwards St (9713318004). With plans to split the lots and
construct two single-family homes, lot 4 will be addressed as 521 Edwards St and lot 5 will be
addressed as 517 Edwards St. The address of 519 Edwards St will no longer be in use.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
