This letter is to confirm a change of address for parcel # 9711330018, which is a property on the
southwest corner of S Whitcomb St and W Magnolia St. An addition has been made to the house and the
address will be changed from 603 W Magnolia St to 403 S Whitcomb St. There are currently
entrances from both streets, but the main entrance from S Whitcomb leads to the living quarters,
creating the need for the address change.
