NOTICE Scott Doyle, Larimer County, CO
TO ALL PERSONS TAKE NOTICE THAT Ordinance No. 46, 1985, of the Council of
the City of Fort Collins, vacating a portion of right-of-way of Pine Street, which Ordinance was
recorded at Reception Number 85024688 on May 23, 1985 in the Larimer County, Colorado
records was, at the time of recording, null, void, and of no force and effect. Said Ordinance was
defeated on its second reading before the Council of the City of Fort Collins held on June 4,
1985. The recording of said Ordinance, occurring prematurely and before second recording,
upon which occurrence the Ordinance was defeated, renders the recording null, void, and of no
force and effect. Accordingly, the vacation of a portion of the right-of-way of Pine Street as
described in Ordinance No. 46, 1985, did not occur and said section of Pine Street is not vacated.
