Issue: 07/06/2012: Okay with the elimination of the 5 foot sidewalks noted on the plans. The 8 foot sidewalk
between lots 55 and 56 of Block 1 must remain. It has not been shown to be removed on the plans,
lust want to make sure it is understood that this connection needs to remain as it is being provided In
ieu of a street connection.

Issue: 07/06/2012: If the applicant or future property owners desire to vacate the access easements that
exist on the lots where these sidewalks were to be installed this can be done by separate document
and process and is not required as part of this minor amendment. This is provided the minor
amendment to remove these sidewalks is approved. If the minor amendment is denied then we can
not process the vacation of these easements.
