Field locate utilities prior to planting. 10. To the maximum extent feasible, topsoil that is removed during construction activity shall be conserved for later use on areas requireing revegetation and landscaping. 11. Where necessary, existing trees shall be pruned to City Forester medium prune standards. 12. The developer shall contact the City Forester to inspect all street tree plantings at completion. All trees need to have been installed as shown on the landscape plan. 13. Areas disturbed by construction shall be graded smooth and reseeded with dryland seed mix to match adjacent turf areas.
