However, we will ask them to froward a copy of same to you.. Item 2 !- We are obtaining a letter from Roy Bingman, City Engineer of Fort Collins, which will show this paving to be completed in the near future. However, it is to be paid for by others. Item 3 Curb, gutter, and sidewalks are installed on Glenmore on both sides of the street. One-half of Glenmore Drive in front of Lot 10 will also be covered by the City Engineer's letter and again to be paid for by others. It is the res- ponsibility of Imperial Homes to pave the east one-half of Glenmoor Drive; however, the owner of the property west of Glenmoor is responsible for the paving of the other half of the street, and the City will proceed to have this completed at the same time as the other paving. Certain drainage is required at the east end of Plum Street. This will be installed as a joint venture with the City upon delivery of the pipe.
