We request that Colboard Drive be designed to meet P.U.D. requirements of a 28-foot flowline to flowline width. Please be aware that Colboard Drive (previously called RCD Drive) was granted this same variance as it pertained to The RCD Plaza South Subdivision Drawings dated August 1979. In contrast the South corner of the West line for RCD Plaza South is set to the existing fence line as directed per letter to Mr. Larry Intermill from Mr. Garth Rogers. Mr. Rupel informed me ,you will be allowed three (3) points of access as follows: 1. College Avenue access will consist of one (1) access point with right. turn only permitted. (It was suggested that the southern most lo- cation be closed). 2. Boardwalk Drive access will be located approx- imately one hundred ninety (190) feet west of College Avenue with both left and right Tnaress and egress. 3. Colboard Drive access to be located at the north property line with both left and right ingress and egress as will.
