Group Investments 6300 SotWh Syracuse Way Suite 293 Englewood, CO 80111 RE: Spring Creek Farms North Dear Mr. Chapman: This letter is in response to your request for written verification that the subject property (Spring Creek Farms North), located northwest of the Timberline @ Drake intersection, is no longer restricted from development due to the City's Adequate Public Facilities (APF) ordinance. I can validate the fact that the Timberline @ Prospect intersection is currently experiencing failing levels of service for transportation facilities and services. I can also confirm that funding has been put in place to correct this APF problem. Therefore, at the present time, there are no Transportation APF restrictions on the development of the Spring Creek Farms North property.
