WHEREAS, the developer desires to develop said property and has submitted to the City a subdivision plat and/or a site plan, a co which is on file in the Office of the City Engineer and made a part hereof by reference: NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the terms and conditions acknowledge by the parties hereto, it is agreed as follows: 1. The developer agrees to participate in a future alley improvement District for the improvement of the alley adjacent to this project. 2. Tie developer agrees to abide by all applicable Code provisions in the development of this project.
