Staff has reviewed the Arena Phase I PUD Final and has these comments:
1. The following street improvements will be required with this phase:
a. Full improvement of Horsetooth Road;
b. Completion of JFK to the southernmost curb cut;
c. Completion of sidewalks on Horsetooth and Stanford Roads; and
d. Full construction of the curb cut into the site off of Stanford
Road.
2. As no utility plans have been received by the City, this item cannot
be scheduled for the March 23, 1981 Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
