Dear Mr. Hammond:
My file shows the date of the Agreement between
North Poudre and Hewlett Packard as August 20, 1979.
On Page 2 under (1) in the second paragraph there
is a reference to Hewlett-Packard not granting permission to
third parties to utilize its drainage system without the
written approval of North Poudre.
North Poudre was given plans to review which I
believe show a 24 inch culvert under South County Road #9
and the culvert would .then channel water through two new
ponds which either have been or are to be constructed on
part of Hewlett-Packard's land. North Poudre approves the
change so long as it conforms to what has been presented to
it.
