The stormwater department is ready for mylars. However, the following comment
should be addressed prior to submittal of the mylars.
1. Please revise the drainage and erosion control plan (sheet 11 a) to reflect the changes
made in the calculations. The changes should include the new numbers for the
developed site hydrology table and the dimensions of the section B and C swales.

➢ Show all existing water/sewer mains and associated appurtenances in all views
and label all mains with size.
➢ Provide 15 feet minimum separation between sanitary sewer main and utility
enclosures.
➢ If existing 4-inch sanitary sewer service is not used then it must be abandoned.
Remove pipe from manhole and grout opening inorder to produce a water tight
seal.
➢ Abandon existing 8-inch water main stub. Remove valve box, valve and plug
existing tee (include thrust block on plug).
➢ Include note to "Core drill opening into existing manhole" for proposed sanitary
sewer service.
➢ Provide manhole adjustment detail on detail sheet.
➢ Provide a copy of proposed landscape and site plans for our review.
➢ See utility plans for other comments.

1. Please submit an actual Floodplain Use Permit along with the $25 application fee.
Please note that the site is actually in the Poudre River Floodplain and not the Spring
Creek Floodplain — This needs to be changed on the copy of the permit. After the
building addition is completed, a certificate of finished floor elevation will need to be
submitted as well.

2. The site total area is incorrectly computed. Please recalculate the site total area,
percent pervious/impervious, and required detention storage.

3. When the travel time is calculated for subbasin 1, PL (pasture & lawns) is listed as
the channel type. Since the channel is actually a grassed Swale, channel type GW
(grassed waterway) should be used instead. Please recalculate the tL and t, as needed.

to proposed 18" pipe.
