Sherwood and Associates 412 South Howes Street Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Mr. Sherwood: In reference to your letter dated August 27, 1979 and the accompanying storm drain plan and profile to correct the drainage problem encountered at.825, 830 and 831 Warren Landing, Fort Collins, Colorado. We the undersigned have reviewed the proposed storm drain plan and profile prepared by James H. Stewart and Associates and find it to satisfactorily achieve our goals, with the following additions to the notes on the plan: 1. It is understood that the fence at the north east corner of 825 Warren Landing shall not be removed. 2. It is understood that any construction damage to existing facilities such as underground lawn sprinkling system etc. shall be repaired promptly and in a manner that will restore the facility to its original capacity and appearance. 3. It is understood that this plan has been approved by the City of Fort Collins Engineering Department and other regulatory boards. Sincerely, �Ttobert .A.
