KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, being
the owners thereof, hereby dedicate, quit claim and convey unto the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation, a right of
way and easement over and across the following described real property,
situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Beginning at a point S. 890 56, W. — 168;461'V from
S.E. corner of N.E.4 of the N.E. j of section 24,

to be used for street purposes and for the installation, maintenance,
construction, and reconstruction of utility lines.
