In an effort to capitalize on and partner with their efforts, South College 627, LLC proposes to improve and enhance the existing parking lots behind the area between 619 and 639 South College. The project consists of re -striping the parking area and adding planted parking islands to increase efficiency, improve access and increase clarity of circulation. In addition, concrete pedestrian walkways improve north/south and east/west connectivity within the lot as well as between South College and West Myrtle Alley. Existing drainage will be maintained and improved through repair of small ponding areas and potholes. Minor asphalt patching and resurfacing will be required to accomplish this in problemmatic areas. No building improvements are associated with this project. .. Existing tree Proposed tree 0 10 20 40'
