SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS•
1) Six (6) copies of RECORDED plan (i.e. site, landscape, elevation, etc. - whichever is being altered) on
24" x 36" size (usually available at the Technical Services Department at 281 N. College) — RED -LINE
THE CHANGES ON the six plans or provide six copies of revised drawings showing the changes in
addition to the six originals;
2) Completed and signed application form; and
3) Application fee of $192.00.
MINOR AMENDMENT
Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the request:
In an effort to capitalize on and partner with the DDA in their Alley Enhancement efforts, South College 627, 1-1-1
proposes to enhance the existing parking lots behind the area between 619 and 639 South College. The project
consists of re -striping parking areas and adding planted parking islands to increase efficiency, improve access
and increase clarity of circulation. In addition, concrete pedestrian walkways improve north/south and east/
west connectivity within the lot as well as between South College and West Myrtle Alley. Existing drainage will
be maintained and improved through repair of small ponding areas and potholes. Minor asphalt patching and
resurfacing will be required to accomplish this in nrnhlemma+ir• arn—
