MINOR AMENDMENT Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the request: In an effort to capitalize on and partner with the DDA in their Alley Enhancement efforts, South College 627, 1-1-1 proposes to enhance the existing parking lots behind the area between 619 and 639 South College. The project consists of re -striping parking areas and adding planted parking islands to increase efficiency, improve access and increase clarity of circulation. In addition, concrete pedestrian walkways improve north/south and east/ west connectivity within the lot as well as between South College and West Myrtle Alley. Existing drainage will be maintained and improved through repair of small ponding areas and potholes.
