[7/21/10] Due to the requested change in use the property is responsible for meeting the
standards regarding row along Mulberry Street. To meet the % row requirements for this
site, the site needs to dedicate 7.5 ft of row along the frontage of the property.
We have standard dedication documentation formats that can be used. We do charge a
processing fee of $250 and the cost of recording the document (—$21 to $36). The applicant
will need to have the dedication form filled out, signed and attorney certified and provide that
back to us with a legal description of the area being dedicated prepared by a licensed
