An engineered grading plan and street design For Hickory Street improvements accompanies this plan. 4. The existing right-of-way of Hickory Street adjacent to this site has enough width to satisfy the minimum right-of-way width for the required street design. 5. A 9-foot utility easement is being submitted through separate instrament, submitted with this application. 6 The existing building was developed and built in 115115 as a use by right.
