The owner of parcel # 9711330018 (East 100 ft of Lot 1 & East 100 ft of North 1/2 of Lot 4, Block
267, LOOMIS, FTC) has been granted an address change. The house sits on a corner lot and had
undergone an extensive remodel. In order to meet City Zoning codes, the address has been changed
to the cross street, which is W Magnolia St. So, the house will no longer carry the 403 S Whitcomb
St address, but will now be addressed as 603 W Magnolia St.
Hereafter: The property within parcel # 9711330018 (East 100 ft of Lot 1 & East 100 ft of the
North 1/2 of Lot 4, Block 267, LOOMIS, FTC) will no longer use the 403 S Whitcomb St address,
but will now carry an address of 603 W Magnolia St.
Please adjust your records accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
