This letter is to confirm a change of address for a parcel # 9701300929, which is a property on the
northwest corner of Redwood St and E Vine Dr. This property at one time had used an address of
610 E Vine Dr prior to the realignment of Redwood St. Now that a new owner has bought the
property, we are changing the address to better reference this property. The new address will be 520
E Vine Dr.
Hereafter: The parcel # 9701300929 will now carry an address of 520 E Vine Dr and will no
longer use the 610 E Vine Dr address.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
