EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the Bethel Baptist Church, whose address
is 833 South Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521, being the owner
of the following forty (40) foot wide strip of land to -wit:
A forty (40) foot wide strip of land situate in the Northeast '-4 of
Section 16, Towhship 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which, considering
the east line of said Northeast ''' as bearing N 00' 32' W, and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, begins at a point on the
west right-of-way line of South Taft Hill Road which bears N 00' 32' W
851.00 feet, and again S 89' 28' W 50.00 feet from the East ; corner
of said Section 16, and runs thence S 89' 28' W 280.00 feet; thence
N 00' 32' W 40.00 feet; thence N 89' 28' E 280.00 feet; thence S 00'
32' E 40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
does hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, the
above described forty (40) foot wide strip of land, for use forever, as a
permanent easement for storm drainage.
