BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT OF WAY
DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST EIGHTH
FILING, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the plat of Village West Eighth Filing dedicated
a right of way between Lots 17 and 18, connecting Freedom Lane
to Tract A; and
WHEREAS, such right of way is not needed for any municipal
purpose and the owners of the adjoining property and the owners
of the property served by said right of way have petitioned the
City Council for the vacation of said right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the right of way between Lots 17 and 18,
Village West Eighth Filing, be, and the same hereby is, vacated,
abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this Znd day of October , A.D. 1979, and to
be presented for final passage on the 16th day of October
