NOTICE OF UTILITY CORRIDOR
DATE: July 14, 1989
TO: All present and future property owners of the property
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, located in the City of Fort Col-
lins, Larimer County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid property is owned by the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, said City is desirous of giving notice of the
existence of certain utility corridors and utility installations
upon said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, please take notice that there does exist,
upon the property as described on Exhibit "A," certain utility
corridors and installations as identified and described on Exhi-
bit "A."
