EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners and
lien holders of the following described land, to —wit:
Lots 6 and 7 and the South 30.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 5, Crafts
Re —Subdivision of Lake Park Addition to the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado.
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for public use forever a permanent drainage and detention pond easement in the
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly
described as follows:
A part of Lots 6 and 7 and the South 30.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 5,
Crafts Re —Subdivision of Lake Park Addition to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, which begins at the Southeast corner of said Lot
7 and runs thence West 50.00 feet; thence North 130.00 feet; thence
East 50.00 feet; thence South 130.00 feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
