PZ88-3 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN RIVERSIDE SHOPPING CENTER SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Section 2-353(4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate cer- tain easements and rights of way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the owner of Riverside Shopping Center Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has requested a vacation of portions of the drainage easement across said subdivision; and WHEREAS, all City agencies and utilities and other utility companies have been contacted and express no objections to the proposed vacation.
