The vacation of easement request is for the existing twenty -foot (20') utility easement along the rear property line. Shear Engineering Corporation has reviewed the utility records for Lot 50 and believes that there are no existing utilities in this easement. I have attached the sketch plan titled "20' Utility Easement Vacation Exhibit" for your reference per the Vacation of Rights -of -Way and Easement Document provided to us by the City of Fort Collins. I have also attached an 8Yz x I of Lot 50 from the Master Utility Plan of the approved Final Utility Plans for Hearthfire P.U.D., First Filing, by Shear Engineering. The attached 8%z x 11 of the Master Utility Plan does not show a 20' utility easement at the rear of the lot.
