BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A
PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
LAKE SHERWOOD SUBDIVISION, THIRD FILING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That a portion of a certain utility easement located in the Lake
Sherwood, Third Filing, more fully described as follows:
A part of a 6.0 foot wide utility easement in Tract
"A", Lake Sherwood Subdivision, Third Filing, Fort
Collins, Colorado, a plat of record in Larimer County,
Colorado, which begins at a point on the Northerly line
of Lot 76, Lake Sherwood Subdivisicn, Third Filing,
which bears ;l 75000' E S2.0C feet from, the Northwest
corner of said Lot 76 and run thence N 150GO' W 2.00
feet; thence N 75°CO' E 6.00 feet; thence S 15*00' E
2.00 feet; thence S 75°OO' 'w 6.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolished, it being no
