RESOLUTION NO. AD 02-16
OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING
AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING; A DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 48A AND 49A OF
"A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF ROMA VALLEY DRIVE, 47-53, AND A
PORTION OF TRACT E, MIRAMONT VALLEY P.U.D."
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Fnvironmental Services to vacate
certain casements by resolution or by approval of rcplats containing notation of such
dedication; and
WIIERIcAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a drainage easement
located on Lots 48A and 49A of "A Replat of a Portion of Roma Valley Drive, 47-53,
and a Portion of Tract E. Miramont Valley P.U.D.", which vacation is more particularly
described on Exhibit "A"; and
WIiE"RFAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and
Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a drainage casement on Lots 48A
and 49A of "A Replat of a Portion of Roma Valley Drive, 47-53, and a Portion of Tract
I,', Miramont Valley P.U.D.", more particularly described on Exhibit "A" and attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental

A PORTION OF TRACT E, MIRAMONT VALLEY P.U.D."
