Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Kerrie: In response to cur phone conversation on May 26, 1994, I am writing this letter to outline my client's wishes to vacate the pond access portion of the easement as shown on the Final Plat of the Replat of Lots 8 through 29, Granada Heights P.U.D. The easement to be vacated affects Lots 40 through 44, and is noted as a utility, drainage and pond access easement, and is cross hatched on the accompanying copy of a portion of said Final Plat. The access to the pond has been relocated and a new easement has been dedicated. It is our intention to vacate only the pond access portion of this easement leaving the utility and drainage portion of the easement in place. I understand that this is possible to do, and will not require rededicating a new easement. If there is anything else that you will need to process this, please feel free to call.
