ORDINANCE NO. 81 , 1981
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOCATED IN GOLDEN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a right-of-way
located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th ?rincipal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, more particularly
described below, and
WHEREAS, said right-of-way is not presently needed; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Colins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain right-of-way, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point of curve that bears S 00°13'40" W,
a distance of 66.51 feet from the Northwest corner of
Lot. 1, Block 4, of GOLDEN MEADOWS SECOND FILING, a plat
on file and recorded in the Office of the Larirner
County Clerk and Recorder; thence along the Southerly
line of said Lot 1, and along a curve to the left,
having a central angle of 97057'32", a radius of 15.00
feet, and an arc length of 25.65 feet to a point of
compound curve; thence continuing along the Southerly
line of said Lot 1 and along the arc of a curve to the
left having a central angle of 17012'34", a radius of
340.00 feet, and an arc length of 102.12 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 1, thence departing the
Southerly line of said Lot 1, S 02°06'42" W, a distance
of 37.68 feet to a point on a curve; thence along the
arc: of a curve that is concave to the South, having a
central angle of 09°39'23", a radius of 380.00 feet, an
arc length of 64.04 feet, and whose chord bears N
84056'40" W, a distance of 63.97 feet to a point of
tangent; thence along said tangent N 89046'18" W, a
distance of 34.61 feet to a point of curve; thence
along the arc of a curve to the right having a central
angle of 90°00'00", a radius of 15.00 feet, and an arc
length of 23.56 feet to a point of tangent; thence
along said tangent N 00°13'42" E, a distance of 3.13
feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.04 acres
more or less,
be, and the same hereby is, abolished, vacated and abated.
Introduced , considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of June, A.D. 1981, and to be presenteo for final
passage on the 16thday of June, A.D. 1981,
