ORDINANCE NO.120 , 1990 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY ON A PORTION OF A REPLAT OF TRACT A, GOLDEN MEADOWS FIFTH FILING WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins has approved the P.U.D. and plat entitled "A Replat of Lots 1 Through 22 of a Replat of Tract 'A', Golden Meadows 5th Filing"; and WHEREAS, approval of said replat requires vacation of rights -of -way for Wheaton Circle, Tropez Place, and Chappelle Circle previously dedicated by and more particularly described on the plat entitled "A Replat of Tract 'A', Golden Meadows 5th Filing"; and WHEREAS, City agencies and private utilities have been notified of the replat and report no objection to the proposed vacation; and WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City in making the proposed vacation; and WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said street right-of-way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the street rights -of -way for Wheaton Circle, Tropez Place, and Chappelle Circle as dedicated and described on the plat entitled "A Replat of Tract 'A', Golden Meadows 5th Filing", be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
