Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Kerrie, I am writing to request the vacation of the east three feet of a six foot wide utility easement located along the west property line of 4223 South Mason Street. The easement lies along the west line of Tract "A" of the Fossil Creek Commercial Plaza and is adjacent to the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way. Mr. Jim Petersen, the owner of the property, has discussed this proposed vacation with TCI and they have agreed to vacate the east half of the easement. They plan to place their existing overhead cable underground through this area, but they will only need three feet to accomplish that.
