ORDINANCE NO. 135 ,1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY
AT CIMARRON WEST P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all easements and rights -of -way at Cimarron West, P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, the property has been replated as Cimarron West Resubdivi-
sion, P.U.D., and said replat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board
on July 23, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the vacation of all easements and rights -of -way is necessary
to accommodate the replat; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the request; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements and rights -of -way at Cimarron West P.U.D. be,
and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abandoned.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of September, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of October, A.D. 1984.
