AD04-15 OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIROMENTAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF A BLANKET ACCESS, DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 8 OF CENTRE FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY, NINETEENTH FILING WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of an access, drainage, and utility easement on Lot 8 of the Centre for Advanced Technology, Nineteenth Filing, more particularly described on Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments, which departments report no objection to the vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of the access, drainage, and utility easement on Lot 8 of the Centre for Advanced Technology, Nineteenth Filing, and more particularly described on Exhibit °A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
