RESOLUTION NO. PZ03-02
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A TEMPORARY TURNAROUND EASEMENT ON LOT 19 OF
GREENRIDGE AT SOUTHRIDGE GREENS
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes
the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain easements, by resolution or by
approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a temporary
turnaround easement on Lot 19 of Greenridge at Southridge Greens, which vacation is
more particularly described on Exhibit'A'; and
WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the
pertinent City and private utilities, and they report no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Fort Collins that the temporary turnaround easement on Lot 19 of Greenridge at
Southridge Greens, which vacation is more particularly described on Exhibit 'A',
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Fort Collins held this 16`h day of January A.D. 2003.

DESCRIPTION OF PORTION OF EASEMENT TO BE VACATED:
That portion of the temporary cul-de-sac easement located in Lot 19 of the plat of
Greenridge at Southridge Greens PUD, excepting that portion as conveyed to the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado by instrument recorded September 27, 1991 under Reception No.
91047184, also being more particularly described by the following boundary lines:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Lot 19; thence N 69°09'32" W 97.00 feet;
thence N 4°20'49" W 4.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 4°20'49" W
77.47 feet; thence. 41.04 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 267.00
feet, a central angle of 8°48'25", and a long -chord which bears S 4491'44" E 41.00 feet;
thence S 48°56'08" E 75.15 feet; thence 61.03 feet along the arc of a non tangent curve to
the right having a radius of 41.42 feet, a central angle of 84'25' 19", and a long -chord
which bears N 89°43'05" W 55.65 feet; thence N 87°26'01" W 23.91 feet, more or less
to the POINT OI- BEGINNING.
