The application form and floor plan indicate that the proposed patio will be on the south elevation. The photo - simulation, however, shows the patio on the west elevation. Please verify the accurate elevation- 2. 1 am assuming that the new patio Is to be placed on the south elevation. Please Indicate the new location of the Chanticleer Pear- 3. The approved landscape plan indicates three street trees yet there are only two planted. Please provide an explanation as to why an approved tree is missing. It there was a prior approval to delete a street tree, then no further action is necessary_ Otherwise, please plant the required tree in a location that respects the re -located Pear. A south -facing patio in our climate will benefit from as much shade as possible. 4. There are two types of colored awnings in the center, forest green and navy blue with subtle pinstripes. The proposed black awning is very close to the existing navy blue_ Rather than introduce a third awning style, please retain the use of the navy blue.
