Also please add a detention summary table to the plan. Need to provide by separate document a drainage easement for the area that will be encompassed within the detention pond. The proposed retaining wall and pipe outlet are very close to the railroad right of way, if any grading is to occur within the railroad right of way, then a license forth the railroad company is required.
