E A S E M E N T D E D I C A T I O N
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EVERITT ENTERPRISES, INC., being
the owner of Lots 56 and 57 of Meadows East Subdivision, situate in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West, of the
Sixth P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado, does hereby dedicate the following
described portion of said Lots 56 and 57 as an easement for the
installation and maintenance of public utility lines.
A part of Lot 56 of the Meadows Fact Subdivision, Fort Collins,
Colorado, which begins at the Southeast corner of said Lot 56
and runs thence N 09' 24' 40"W 97.03 feet; thence along the
arc of a 50 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 8.02
feet, the long chord of which bears S 85' 11' 27"W 8.02 feet;
thence S 090 24' 40"E 96.33 feet; thence S 89' 51' 55"E 8.11
feet to the point of beginning. ALSO a part of Lot 57 of the
Meadows East Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado, which begins
at the Southwest corner of said Lot 57 and runs thence
N 090 24' 40"W 97.03 feet; thence along the arc of a 50 foot
radius curve to the left a distance of 7.02 feet, the long
chord of which bears N 760 33' 50"E 7.02 feet; thence
S 09" 24' 40"E 98.70 feet; thence N 89' 51' 55"W 7.10 feet
the the point of beginning.
