GRANT OF EASEMENT

herein called Grantors, for

and in consideration of Ten Dollars in hand paid to Grantors,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,

herein called Grantee, a permanent easement and right of way
over and across the following described land situate in Larimer
County, Colorado, to -wit: f `
for the purpose of the construction, installation, maintenance,
operation, repair -and reconstruction of underground and overhead
electric, gas, water, sewer, telephone and other utility trans-
mission, distribution and service lines, intending hereby to
include the transmission, distribution and service lines of any
utility authorized to provide service in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The provisions of this agreement shall bind the parties
hereto, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and
assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the grantors have hereunto set their
hands and seals this day of 1972.
