EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being the owners
of the following described land do hereby dedicate and convey to the
City of Fort Collins, forever hereafter a 30.00 foot wide utility
easement:
A 30.00 foot wide utility easement situate in Tract
"C", Trail West P.U.D., Fort Collins, Colorado which
begins at a point on the North line of said Tract "C"
which bears N 880 35' E 12.00 feet from the Northwest
Corner of said Tract "C" and run thence N 88' 35' E
30.00 feet; thence S 010 25' E 120.00 feet; thence
S 88' 35' W 30.00 feet; thence N 01' 25' W 120.00
feet to the point of beginning.
