THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the City of Fort Collins her, --by renounces and disclaims
a.y ri,ht, title or interest in and to any alleys as shown
by the platting, of subdivision of Block 272 of the West
Side Addition as platted and filed by Emig-h and Baird on
April 26, 1892.
Passed and adopted this Y� day of June, A.D. 1918.
