(1) two (2) three (3) four (4) and five (5), in block thirty-one
(31). City of Fort Collins. And whereas it is the desire of -,11
the na.rties hereto that there be .reserved as an alley, Lhe north
ten (10) fed, of said lot five (5), connecting with the .^lley of
said lots one (1) two (2) three (3) four (4) and five (5).
Now therefore, it is hereby mutually agreed
by all of the parties above mentioned, the corporation actin
for itself and its successors, and the individuals named, for
tr--meelves, their heirs, executors, administrators and rssi-ns,
that the said ten (10) feetoff from the north side of said lot
five (5) shall be reserved as an alley. And the 7ew- nol^nd
Securities Company further s,-ree, that if at any time. ;he present
a' -ley rat the rear of said lots one (1) two (2) three (3) four (4)
and five (5), being to the west thereof, should be by them or '
by the City Of Fort Collins vacated, -that they will provide an
alley to the west of said last mentioned alley, and will extend
the ten foot alley above mentioned to connect therewith.
This agreement is made with reference to a
plat which has been made, which is to be attached to this agree-
ment and made a part them^of. This agreement in to be recorded
simultaneously with a deed made by Thomas Quinn to the New Enolnnd
securities Company for a strip of ground ten feet wide off from -fie went
end of snid lots one (1) two (2) three (3) four (4) and five (5).
