FASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of
the following described land, to -wit:
Tract 2, The Bridges P.U.D., First Filing, City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
for public use forever a permanent easement for utility and access purposes
in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado more parti-
cularly described as follows:
A part of Tract 2, The Bridges PX .D., First Filing which begins
at the Southwest corner of said Tract 2 and run thence along the
Easterly line of Westbridge Drive along the arc of a 194.00 foot
radius curve to the left a distance of 19.44 feet, the long chord
of which bears N 25' 13' 18" E 19.43 feet; thence S 44' 33' 50" E
8.42 feet; thence along the arc of a 244.43 foot radius curve to
the left a distance of 90.03 feet, the long chord of which bears
S 550 06' 55" E 89.52 feet; thence N 65' 40' W 96.16 feet to the
point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
