EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of Lot
9-A, VANWORKS MINOR SUBDIVISION, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use forever
hereafter a stormwater detention easement described as follows.
A stormwater detention pond easement on Lot 9-A, Vanworks Minor Subdivision
which begins at a point on the east line of said Lot 9-A which bears
N 000 46' 00" E 85.00 feet from the southeast corner of said Lot 9-A,
and runs thence N 89' 14' 00" W 60.00 feet; thence N 00' 46' 00" E 300.00
feet; thence S 89' 14' 00" E 60.00 feet; thence S 00' 46' 00" W 300.00
feet to the point of beginning.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Vanworks, Inc., being the owner of Lot
10—A, Vanworks Minor Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, does hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever the following
described permanent utility easement in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado:
The North 10.00 feet of the South 20.00 feet of Lot 10—A, Vanworks
Minor Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
