TO: All present and future property owners of the following
described property, located in the City of Fort Collins,
Larimer County, Colorado, to wit:
Lot Four (4), Block Seventy-three (73)
CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
According to the recorded Plat thereof,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid property is owned by the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, said City is desirous of giving notice of the existence
of certain utility corridors and utility installations upon said property.
NOW THEREFORE, please take notice that there does exist, upon said
property, certain utility corridors and installations identified and des-
cribed as follows, to wit:
A public utility corridor in said Lot Four (4), Block
Seventy-three (73), City of Fort Collins, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of
said Lot Four (4); thence East 100 feet; thence South 4
feet; thence West 75 feet; thence South 31 feet; thence
West 25 feet; thence North 35 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

described as follows: Beginning at a point 3 feet North
