EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owner
of the following land, to —wit:
Tract "A", Horsetooth Commons P.U.D., City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado.
do hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for public use forever hereafter a drainage and detention easement which
begins at the Northwest corner of said Tract "A" and runs thence S 89'
44' 16" E 122.00 feet; thence South 103.93 feet; thence along the arc
of a 16.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 8.45 feet, the
long chord of which bears S 15' 07' 52" W 8.35 feet; thence N 89' 44'
16" W 81.42 feet; thence N 41' 05' E 85.62 feet; thence N 43' 40' W 41.00
feet; thence S 46' 20' W 36.00 feet; thence N 50' 50' !N! 52.00 feet; thence
North 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that by acceptance of this
dedication the City of Fort Collins does not have the duty to maintain
this easement.
