Emigh's Subdivision of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., according to Replat thereof recorded October 28, 1907 in Plat Book 3 at page 13 do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a permanent easement for pedestrian access and for utilities on the South nine (9.00) feet of the above described land. It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
